The brokers client, an experienced property developer with a large commercial property portfolio was seeking a bridging loan to assist with the purchase of two warehouses and an office, on the same site.

The client was planning to refurbish the existing warehouse units and build two new ones. With a tight deadline from the vendor who wanted a quick sale, and the developer wanting to complete whilst waiting for planning authority to build, this proved a difficult deal, but not one that we couldn't source a suitable lender for.
