Auction Purchase for Buy-to-Let Portfolio Expansion

A client got in touch, seeking expert advice and a solution to help with the purchase of a property at auction to add to an existing property portfolio.

As with most auction purchases, the client was up against a tight deadline, so we needed to rapidly raise the funds whilst providing the maximum loan amount required.

We fulfilled the client’s needs by securing a loan offering the full amount required with an LTV of 54.2%.
