Commercial Loan for Business Expansion

The brokers client, a sole trader was looking to relocate his business premises due to expansion. A commercial loan was needed to fund the purchase of a new premises (industrial unit).

Added pressure from the estate agents involved in the deal, meant the client was left with only 4 months to complete the purchase. This left the client with very little time upon initial application to receiving the funds to complete the purchase, that’s where we stepped in.

We got to work right away on finding the client a solution, tailored to his individual needs and working towards the estate agent’s deadline. Within just a few days we had received an offer from a lender. Our consistent communication with the client’s broker, and lender allowed us to receive relevant documentation back in ample time. We fulfilled the client’s needs, completing the deal in just 3 months instead of the anticipated 4 and secured funds of the full loan amount required. This is one of the quickest deals we’ve completed with the lender involved!
